Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of Business Analysis, Salesforce, or related IT experience.
• 5+ years supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud and B2B Commerce environments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, and support.
• Experience with Jira, Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX, Change Sets, or similar tools.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
• Salesforce certifications are highly valued.
