Job summary

The Irvine Company is seeking an Evergreen Business Support Analyst to support its Apartments Division in Irvine, CA. You will analyze and improve business processes by leveraging technology, participate in technology projects, and provide end-user and training support to business users.

Responsibilities include break-fix support, Salesforce enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration with analysts, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective solutions and training programs.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in computer science, mathematics or a computer-related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of and experience with Salesforce; Administrator experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely end-user support for core business systems and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors to resolve issues as needed.
• Participate in feasibility analysis of Salesforce-related solutions and enhancements.
• Evaluate information from multiple sources and recommend optimal resolutions.
• Understand end-to-end business processes across lifecycle and operations.
• Coordinate with business analysts to capture requirements and document changes.
• Serve as liaison between project teams and end-users during design, configuration and testing of solutions.
• Develop and deliver technical training curriculum and conduct trainings as needed.
