Purdue University is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to serve as a key liaison between university business partners and technical teams responsible for Salesforce and related enterprise solutions. You will translate business needs into clearly defined requirements, develop user stories and acceptance criteria, and support solution design and implementation across the solution lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, computer science, or related fields
Minimum of four (4) years of experience performing business analysis, systems analysis, business process analysis, product analysis, or comparable work involving the translation of business needs into technology solutions
Must be a US Citizen or have a Permanent Residency Card
In lieu of degree, consideration will be given to an equivalent combination of related education and work experience

Responsabilités

Eliciting, analyzing, documenting, validating, and managing business and functional requirements
Facilitating requirements gathering and discovery sessions with stakeholders
Translating complex business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and testable acceptance criteria
Analyzing and documenting current- and future-state business processes
Working with technical teams throughout the solution development lifecycle
Coordinating or supporting user acceptance testing and solution validation communicating complex business and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
