Gravity Infosolutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce B2B Commerce and Sales Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and development, business analysis, testing, and end-to-end SDLC processes. The role involves gathering and documenting requirements, configuring Salesforce, and supporting deployments within Agile/Waterfall environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT business analysis or development experience.
• 5+ years Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud and/or Sales Cloud.
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch Classes, and Scheduled Classes.
• Experience with ComplianceQuest.
• Strong SDLC and agile/waterfall.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, Jira, Salesforce DX, Change Sets, ANT.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Support and enhance Salesforce B2B Commerce and Sales Cloud solutions.
• Configure and customize Salesforce based on business requirements.
• Work with Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch Classes, and Scheduled Classes.
• Support UAT, regression testing, troubleshooting, and defect management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the SDLC.
• Support Salesforce deployments and release management activities.
• Work within Agile and/or Waterfall development environments.
