Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to partner with business stakeholders and translate needs into Salesforce solutions. This role emphasizes discovery, requirements gathering, and collaboration with Salesforce developers to deliver across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

You will lead discovery sessions, map processes, understand personas and data, and recommend Salesforce-native solutions that fit current workflows and future needs.

Qualifications

• Experience as Salesforce Business Analyst translating business needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Requirements gathering and stakeholder management experience.
• Discovery workshops and business process analysis experience.
• Understanding of Salesforce data model: objects, fields, reporting, and security.
• Data mapping and integration/API exposure knowledge.
