Job summary

LTIMindtree in the United States is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of large-scale Salesforce implementations aligned with enterprise strategy. You will translate complex business processes into scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and integrations with ERP and other systems.

You will oversee architecture, security, data migration, and governance across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ, while mentoring

Qualifications

• 11 to 15 years of IT experience with a focus on Salesforce architecture development or consulting.
• Proven track record leading complex Salesforce projects and integrating Salesforce with ERP/financial systems.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Lightning.
• Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Salesforce APIs; experience with integration and data migration tools (Data Loader, Informatica, Dell Boomi).
• Strong knowledge of security models, compliance, SSO, and data governance in Salesforce.
• Salesforce certifications such as CTA, Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect, Platform Developer III or Consultant are typical or preferred.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps, CICD pipelines, and release management.
• Excellent leadership, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of largescale Salesforce implementations aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Translate business processes into technical Salesforce solutions with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and integrations.
• Architect and document solution designs; create blueprints; perform risk assessments.
• Oversee development/deployment; enforce coding standards; ensure security, scalability, performance.
• Drive data migration, master data management, and integration across Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate solutions, present insights, manage expectations.
• Mentor developers, admins, and junior architects to foster technical excellence.
• Stay updated with Salesforce features; conduct PoCs; recommend platform optimizations.
• Manage change management, release cycles, testing, and documentation.
