Job summary
LTIMindtree in Atlanta seeks a Program Architect Salesforce Platform to lead a senior, multi-workstream program, owning solution architecture, technical coherence, and delivery governance to ensure Salesforce design supports business outcomes and enterprise standards.
You will bridge business strategy, Salesforce architecture, and delivery execution, providing a unified governance lens across clouds, integrations, environments, and delivery teams.
Qualifications
- 12 years of Salesforce delivery, architecture and enterprise programs.
- Experience leading large-scale multi-team Salesforce transformations.
- Experience owning Salesforce architecture and governance across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Preferred: experience with global distributed teams and Salesforce SI partners.
Responsibilities
- Own program-level Salesforce solution architecture, technical coherence, and delivery governance.
- Ensure Salesforce design decisions align with business outcomes, platform strategy, and enterprise standards.
- Serve as the connective layer between business strategy, Salesforce solution architecture, and delivery execution.
- Provide a unified architectural and governance lens across Salesforce clouds, integrations, environments, and delivery teams.
