Job summary

CapTech is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations for large enterprise clients in the US. The role combines hands-on development with architectural leadership across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, including integrations and data migrations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in technical development and 3+ years specifically on the Salesforce platform, with a strong emphasis on architecture, SDLC best practices, and

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and optimize complex business processes and integrate systems across distributed enterprise environments.
• Strong client-facing written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 3+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of overall technical development experience.
• Strong architectural and hands-on experience with Salesforce including Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture and delivery of Salesforce implementations, including custom development, integrations, and data migration.
• Design enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and managed packages.
• Design and review integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as ERP, financial, marketing, identity, and document management solutions.
• Define and support environment strategy, release management, and DevOps processes aligned with enterprise delivery standards.
