Job summary

LTIMindtree in the United States is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using LWC, Aura, and Apex. You will drive complex integrations, ensure performance and scalability, and mentor junior engineers.

The role requires translating business needs into technical designs and leading technical governance across delivery teams within the Salesforce platform.

Qualifications

7–11 years of Salesforce experience required
Proven ability to design and implement Salesforce solutions using LWC and Apex
Experience with complex integrations and middleware patterns

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using LWC, Aura, Apex
Implement complex business logic with Apex, Process Builder and Flows
Develop integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture
Lead technical requirements gathering and design workshops
Mentor junior team members and provide governance during delivery
Ensure high performance, scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions
