• Strong understanding of access management fundamentals — roles, permissions, least privilege, and provisioning lifecycle.
• Comfort automating administrative tasks and access reviews (scripting or built-in automation tools).
• A security-first, detail-oriented approach to systems administration.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Experience administering systems such as Salesforce, identity providers (Okta, Entra), or other core enterprise SaaS.
• Familiarity with SSO, SCIM, and identity/access governance tooling.
• Experience supporting audits or compliance access reviews (e.g., SOC 2).
