Job summary
Cardinal Health seeks an experienced Salesforce Architect to design and lead multi-cloud implementations across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud. Qualifications
- 8-12 years of Salesforce ecosystem experience, in architect or senior engineer roles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Proficient in SFMC, Data Cloud, and cross-cloud integrations.
- Strong SQL, data flow design, and audience segmentation skills.
- Familiar with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce development.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards, focusing on SFMC and Data Cloud.
- Own end-to-end solution design for multi-cloud implementations bridging Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud.
- Configure Data Cloud ingestion, identity resolution, and real-time segmentation for omnichannel campaigns.
- Create seamless integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Marketing Cloud Connect.
- Provide technical leadership to onshore/offshore teams and ensure code quality.
