Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a CRM Integration Architect to design and govern Salesforce integrations across the enterprise landscape. The role emphasizes integration architecture, middleware selection, API strategy, and event-driven patterns that connect Salesforce with ERP and operational systems.

The ideal candidate has built Salesforce integration solutions at scale, understands Salesforce APIs and platform events, and can mentor engineers while translating ambiguous requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS or related field.
• 8+ years Salesforce experience with complex integrations.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
• Hands-on with at least one major iPaaS: MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with ERP and operational systems data synchronization.
• Knowledge of OAuth and integration security.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce Certified Integration Architect credential.
• Track record leading large Salesforce integration programs.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end Salesforce integration architecture for ecosystems spanning Sales, Service, Marketing, and Industry Clouds.
• Select and apply integration patterns: request-reply, fire-and-forget, batch, event-driven.
• Design integrations using Salesforce-native capabilities alongside MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
• Lead integration design reviews and approve technical designs across Salesforce programs.
• Define API strategy, contract management, and versioning standards.
• Architect data synchronization patterns with ERP and operational systems.
• Design identity and access patterns including OAuth and connected apps.
• Establish error handling, retry, and dead-letter strategies for reliability.
• Drive performance and governor-limit management for scalable integrations.
• Collaborate with security teams to meet enterprise requirements.
• Mentor junior/mid engineers through reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Produce architecture artifacts: diagrams, decision records, reference designs.
• Collaborate with vendors to evaluate integration platforms and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Stay current with Salesforce integration capabilities and iPaaS evolution.
