You will collaborate with clients on team-driven projects, lead design sessions, and guide technical delivery while fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.
• Client-ready written and oral communications skills.
• Minimum 2 Years of Salesforce/Customer 360 platform experience.
• Minimum 4 Years of relevant technical development experience.
• Strong background in design/development of large internet or client-server systems or full software lifecycles.
• Good knowledge of database design and SDLC; exposure to integrations and 3rd party tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients on team-based projects to deliver solutions across the full SDLC using Agile and modern technologies.
• Manage technical scope and client expectations.
• Lead technical design sessions and architect/document solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration for Salesforce implementations.
• Provide hands-on expert support to developers and demonstrate technical thought leadership.
• Contribute to learning and professional development initiatives.
