Job summary

Flextrack is seeking a Senior Integration Architect to own the design, build, and ongoing operations of our Salesforce and integration infrastructure. You will shape patterns, governance, and platform roadmaps across client interfaces and the product.

This role blends engineering and operational stewardship in a remote US/Canada-based capacity. You will lead discovery, design discussions, and architecture decisions, while mentoring a team of integration engineers and ensuring security,

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience administering, building, and supporting Salesforce and integration environments.
• Hands-on with MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, and Azure-based integration services.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design sessions translating business requirements to technical approaches.
• Define integration patterns and governance across Salesforce, VMS, and client systems.
• Build and support integrations and automation hosted in Azure with reliable environments.
• Own reliability, monitoring, and SLAs for production and staging integration environments.
• Drive CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and release management for integration stack.
• Mentor engineers, review work, and shape the integration platform roadmap.
