Job summary

Colorado Public Radio (CPR) seeks a Principal Salesforce Analyst to serve as the primary technical expert for CPR’s fundraising systems (Salesforce, Springboard, Pardot). You will supervise three staff members, set priorities, and translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions while enhancing data integrity and security.

You will lead the Salesforce roadmap, architect integrations, and provide performance insights to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of administering, developing, or architecting Salesforce with increasing responsibility.
• Experience guiding and mentoring CRM colleagues with varying levels of expertise.
• Experience designing and maintaining Salesforce integrations with third-party systems (payments/e-commerce).
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions, roadmaps, and governance practices.
• Maintain data integrity, security, and performance in a complex CRM environment.
• Proficient in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data analysis to drive decisions.
