Job summary

GoodPower seeks a Salesforce Administrator to support CRM operations and data integrity across fundraising initiatives. You will translate business needs into system requirements, configure day‑to‑day Salesforce tasks, and work with developers or partners on larger enhancements.

A focus on training and data quality will help ensure organizationwide adoption. You will collaborate with Development, Campaigns, and Advocacy teams, own data hygiene, and guide users with clear, jargon‑free

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience with Salesforce and standard CRM data operations in a nonprofit fundraising context.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
• Experience translating stakeholder needs into written requirements or user stories.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Salesforce system administrator and handle day‑to‑day configuration.
• Maintain data quality across Salesforce and related systems.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Design and deliver Salesforce training for staff at all levels.
• Coordinate back‑log and work with contractors for larger projects.
