Job summary
Zenfreed, LLC is seeking a Salesforce Application Architect for the Michigan DHHS in Lansing to lead the modernization of MiSACWIS and CCWIS using Salesforce. You will architect Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and FSL, ensuring high availability, security, and regulatory compliance while guiding state staff and contractors.
The role requires 5+ years in Salesforce and related tech, a Bachelor's, and 2-3 Salesforce certs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements.
- Hands-on Salesforce, SQL, Java, and web services development.
- Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and SADLC practices.
- Strong communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- 2-3 Salesforce certifications required.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture and design of Salesforce solutions that support case management, field service operations, and user engagement.
- Conduct org health checks and platform assessments with actionable recommendations.
- Promote adoption of Salesforce Well-Architected Framework.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams including state employees and contractors.
- Collaborate with analysts, product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Oversee proofs-of-concept to validate feasibility and value of proposed solutions.
- Ensure secure development lifecycle practices are followed throughout development and deployment.
- Set the technical direction for MDHHS Child Welfare applications.
- Support 24/7 operations of Tier 2 applications like MiSACWIS, serving 8,000+ users.
- Ensure compliance with security, performance, and regulatory standards.
