Job summary

FastTek Global is seeking a Software Solutions Architect in Lansing, MI, to serve as a Salesforce Application Architect within the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services. You will lead end-to-end architecture for MiSACWIS/CCWIS, ensure secure development lifecycle, and mentor state and contractor teams.

You will collaborate with analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while promoting best practices and regulatory

Qualifications

• 5+ years gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements with stakeholders
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines with pipeline-as-code and automated reviews
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• 2-3 Salesforce certifications required
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce, SQL, Java, and web services development

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and technical design of Salesforce solutions for case management and field service
• Conduct org health checks and platform assessments with actionable recommendations
• Promote adoption of Salesforce Well-Architected Framework and mentor teams
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce designs
• Oversee POCs to validate technical feasibility and business value
• Ensure secure application development lifecycle practices across all phases
