Job summary

HTC Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Salesforce Application Architect in a hybrid role in Lansing, MI.

You will lead the architecture and design of scalable Salesforce solutions across case management, field service, and user engagement, while guiding teams through secure lifecycle practices. The role requires strong communication with stakeholders, 5+ years of Salesforce/SQL/Java experience, and 2-3 Salesforce certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements with stakeholders.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, SQL, Java, and web services development.
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, including pipeline-as-code, branching strategies, automated code reviews, and testing.
• 2-3 Salesforce certifications.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and technical design of enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Design solutions supporting case management, field service operations, and user engagement.
• Conduct Salesforce org health assessments and recommend platform improvements using Salesforce best practices.
• Promote Salesforce Well-Architected Framework principles in Design & Discovery activities.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead proof-of-concepts to validate technical feasibility and business value.
• Guide development teams through secure application development lifecycle practices.
• Plan and coordinate integrations across internal systems, external partners, and hosting platforms.
• Ensure application security, performance, regulatory compliance, and architectural standards.
• Provide technical leadership, impact analysis, release readiness support, and mentorship to development teams.
