Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years in IT/CRM roles with Salesforce focus, including architecture or platform management.
• Proven track record leading CRM initiatives and teams; hands-on Salesforce administration or development.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong configuration, customization (Flows, Apex, Lightning Components), and integration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive Salesforce CRM strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Oversee daily Salesforce environment management, performance, security, and data quality.
• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce admins and developers (and external partners).
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions through design, configuration, and customization.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver CRM projects using Agile methodologies.
