Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT/CRM experience with Salesforce, including architecture/management.
• Proven track record leading CRM initiatives and teams with hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Deep Salesforce ecosystem knowledge: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive Salesforce CRM strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Own the Salesforce product vision across Sales Cloud and other CRM tools.
• Oversee day-to-day Salesforce environment management, security, and performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce admins/developers and external partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service to prioritize CRM projects.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions; manage design/configuration.
