Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation is looking for a Senior Manager, Salesforce Architect to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce platforms across Sales Cloud and related CRM tools. The role manages a team of admins and developers and drives governance, adoption, and cross-functional collaboration to enable Envista’s global growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
8+ years in IT/CRM roles (with Salesforce focus) including architecture or platform management.
Proven leadership of CRM initiatives and teams with hands-on Salesforce administration or development.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem – Sales Cloud; familiarity with Service/Marketing Cloud.
Strong configuration, customization (Flows, Apex, Lightning) and integration methods (APIs, MuleSoft).
Excellent people management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a comprehensive Salesforce CRM strategy and multi-year roadmap.
Own the Salesforce product vision spanning Sales Cloud and related CRM tools.
Oversee day-to-day Salesforce environment management for high availability, performance, and security.
Conduct regular data quality checks and ensure data integrity and compliance.
Lead and mentor Salesforce admins and developers, including external partners.
Prioritize workloads and foster Salesforce skills to build a best-in-class team.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service to prioritize and deliver CRM projects.
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and oversee design/configuration.
Utilize Agile methodologies to manage delivery lifecycle and ensure on-time projects.
Serve as IT-business liaison for Salesforce initiatives.
Establish governance for access control, data security, and release management.
Drive user adoption and support with training programs and resources.
Oversee integration with ERP/MDM/e-commerce and data strategy.
