Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation seeks a Sr. Manager, Salesforce Architect to lead strategy, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce platforms across Sales Cloud and related CRM tools.

You will manage developers/admins, oversee data architecture, and engage stakeholders to align CRM with business goals. The role requires steering governance, driving user adoption, and delivering scalable CRM solutions to support Envista’s growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT/CRM experience with Salesforce, including architecture or platform management.
• Proven track record leading CRM initiatives and teams with hands-on Salesforce admin or development.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and familiarity with Service/Marketing Cloud.
• Strong skills in Salesforce configuration, customization (Flows, Apex, Lightning), and integrations (APIs, Mulesoft).
• Excellent people management and ability to coordinate on-site/offshore resources and partners.
• Certified Salesforce professionals and experience with Agile/Scrum delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive Salesforce CRM strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Own the Salesforce product vision for Sales Cloud and related tools.
• Oversee day-to-day Salesforce environment with high availability, performance, and security.
• Conduct system audits and data quality checks to maintain data integrity.
• Lead and mentor a team of admins and developers, including external partners.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver CRM projects via Agile methods.
• Establish governance, access controls, and release management.
• Drive user adoption and develop training resources.
• Ensure seamless integration with ERP/MDM/e-commerce and data strategy.
• Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate new Salesforce features.
