Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT/CRM roles with a focus on Salesforce.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration or development experience.
• Proven leadership of CRM initiatives and teams.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem – Sales Cloud and familiarity with Service Cloud.
• Strong skills in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
• Excellent people management and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive Salesforce CRM strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Own Salesforce product vision for Sales Cloud and related tools.
• Oversee day-to-day Salesforce environment operations, ensuring availability and security.
• Conduct system audits and ensure data quality and compliance.
• Lead and mentor a team of admins and developers, including partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service to prioritize CRM projects.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to manage delivery lifecycle and ensure on-time delivery.
• Establish governance, security, and release management best practices.
