This role manages a high‑performing team of admins and developers, collaborates with cross‑functional stakeholders, and drives governance, data integrity, and ongoing platform enhancements to support Envista’s growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years in IT/CRM with Salesforce focus, including architecture/leadership.
• Proven CRM initiatives leadership with hands‑on Salesforce administration or development.
• Deep Salesforce knowledge: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations.
• Strong people management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a Salesforce CRM strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Oversee day-to-day Salesforce operations, including security and availability.
• Lead and mentor a team of admins and developers, including external partners.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service to deliver CRM projects.
• Drive user adoption and training programs.
• Ensure integration with ERP/MDM/e-commerce and data governance.
