Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business or related field.
• 8+ years in IT/CRM roles focusing on Salesforce; architecture and platform management experience preferred.
• Proven track record leading CRM initiatives and teams with hands-on Salesforce experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a Salesforce CRM strategy and multi-year roadmap for Envista.
• Own Salesforce product vision across Sales Cloud and related tools.
• Oversee day-to-day Salesforce environment management, security, and performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce admins and developers (internal and external).
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to prioritize CRM projects.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and manage delivery lifecycle.
