Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Lead Salesforce Consultant and Solution Architect to bridge business problems and technical solutions for clients. You will engage directly with customers to understand needs, design custom solutions, and implement innovative results.

You will advise on best practices and grow client relationships across strategic projects. In this role, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage project timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery while exploring new opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce core products and certifications.
MBA and a minimum of 5+ years' Salesforce experience.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to lead enterprise projects end-to-end.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Willingness to travel at least 20%.
Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

Pre-sales discovery, documenting business requirements & technical requirements.
Resourcing sold Scopes of Work with Practice Directors.
Capture business needs and define processes with stakeholders.
Fully solutioning scopes of work to meet business needs.
Lead project implementation and oversee architectural design with delivery team.
Facilitate kickoff meetings and weekly client status updates.
Provide final QA of all completed work.
Design and deliver end-user training for clientele as needed.
Develop a roadmap of new initiatives with the client.
Assume joint responsibility for project success with PM and delivery team.
