Job summary

ServiceTitan is seeking a Lead Salesforce Engineer to own the architecture, development, and evolution of our Salesforce platform, with strong emphasis on CPQ and Billing. You will collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Engineering to drive AI-enabled solutions and deliver scalable, production-grade systems.

The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, hands-on design, and leadership to mentor engineers while ensuring security, performance, and governance across GTM tech ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical architecture experience.
• Experience building AI-powered solutions for Sales, SDR, Revenue Operations, or pre-sales organizations.
• Strong Salesforce expertise, including Salesforce Apex, Flow, Lightning Web Components, Platform Events, data models, APIs, integrations, automation, security, and custom development.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud services and third-party platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture, development, and evolution of the Salesforce platform with focus on CPQ and Billing.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps to identify AI use cases and translate problems into scalable solutions.
• Lead design reviews, mentor engineers, and establish GTM AI solution standards.
• Develop AI solutions integrating Salesforce with APIs, platform events, and automation.
