Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to guide architecture, integrations, and DevOps across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You will mentor a global team in an onsite-offshore 24x7 model and drive AI-powered productivity improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, deep Salesforce expertise, and a track record of delivering scalable solutions with robust governance and AI-driven enhancements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years in a Technical Lead role.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, architecture, integrations, DevOps, and Agile delivery.
• Able to lead team effectively in an onsite-offshore 24x7 model.
• Good SF AI knowledge to drive productivity improvements using AI.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP Web Services, Platform Events, and Integrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for Salesforce AMS support, maintenance, and enhancement initiatives, ensuring platform stability, scalability, and performance.
• Manage team effectively in an onsite-offshore 24x7 model.
• Ensure SLA compliance, and handle critical escalations.
• Act as the backup to the Support Lead, supporting operational governance, stakeholder communication, and critical incident management.
• Collaborate closely with business, support, and development teams as a trusted technical advisor, driving continuous improvement and strategic platform enhancements.
• Drive service excellence through effective stakeholder communication, operational governance, and continuous process improvements.
• Drive usage of AI for significant productivity gains.
• Lead war room discussions for high-priority issues and ensure timely resolution.
