Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Senior Salesforce Sales Cloud Engineer II to design, build, and support scalable Sales Cloud solutions across Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, and more. You will lead feature delivery, integrate with enterprise platforms, and drive adoption of AI-powered capabilities.

The role requires extensive hands-on Salesforce development experience (6+ years) with at least 4 years on Sales Cloud, plus expertise in Copado, Flow, and API integrations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with at least 4 years on Sales Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of the Sales Cloud data model, sharing and security model, and opportunity and forecast management.
• Proven experience with API-based integrations and middleware.
• Hands-on experience with Copado for CI/CD and release management, including pipeline configuration and automated deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions for sales, sales operations, and customer success teams.
• Lead delivery of complex features and integrate Salesforce with enterprise platforms.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered capabilities within Salesforce workflows.
• Design and build AI-driven automation using Salesforce Einstein, Flow, and related tools.
• Manage CI/CD and release pipelines using Copado, Git, and SFDX; enable automated testing and deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and data synchronization challenges.
