LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Senior Salesforce Sales Cloud Engineer II to design, build, and support scalable Sales Cloud solutions that empower sales, ops, and customer success teams. You will lead feature delivery, integrate Salesforce with enterprise platforms, and drive AI-powered capabilities across the stack.

You will work with Apex, LWC, Flow, and Copado for CI/CD while supporting health signals, data integrity, and performance across complex integrations.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, incl. at least 4 years on Sales Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, triggers, batch/queueable jobs, LWC, and Flow.
• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud data model, sharing/security, and forecasting/opportunity management.
• Experience with API-based integrations and middleware.
• Hands-on Copado CI/CD and release management; Git-based source control and SFDX.
• Experience building automation with Salesforce Flow and Apex-based automation.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy Sales Cloud solutions across Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Quote, Forecasting, and Territory Management.
• Build with Apex, LWC, Flow, and declarative Salesforce capabilities.
• Architect and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms.
• Support the single customer view with identity matching and deduplication.
• Operationalize health signals like health score and churn risk within Salesforce workflows.
• Develop AI-driven automation using Einstein, Prompt Builder, and Flow.
• Drive CI/CD and release management using Copado, Git, and SFDX.
