Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Application Engineer (Salesforce Agentforce AI) to design and deliver AI agents and intelligent automations within our Salesforce-centric ecosystem. You’ll prototype, test, and deploy solutions that enhance workflows and empower teams across the organization.

You will work with cutting-edge AI tools, mentor colleagues, and contribute to both transformational projects and high-priority enhancements while ensuring robust documentation and quality

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building Agentforce AI Agents and AI workflows.
• Solid experience with Salesforce integrations and external system integrations.
• Experience with DevOps processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents and automations for Salesforce ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine AI use cases.
• Create technical documentation and help train teammates.
• Mentor junior engineers and review peers’ code.
