Job summary

PointClickCare is seeking a Senior Application Engineer (Salesforce Agentforce AI) to architect and deliver AI agents and automations that transform Salesforce-based workflows. You will prototype, test, and document solutions while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience with Agentforce AI agents, Salesforce integrations, and various automation tools.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building Agentforce AI agents and AI workflows.
• Solid experience with Salesforce integrations and external systems (Conga, DocuSign, Adobe, Marketo).
• Experience with Workday is highly desired.
• Experience creating intelligent process automations using Power Automate or similar.
• Strong coding skills in JavaScript, Apex, Python, and related languages.
• Proficient in DevOps processes and tools (Copado, AutoRabit).
• Proficient in GitHub and resolving DevOps issues.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Knowledge of Salesforce data models, security, and governor limits.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; continuous learner.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver AI agents and automations for Salesforce environments.
• Develop intelligent process automations and test automation strategies.
• Collaborate with designers, end‑users, and cross‑functional teams to refine AI use cases.
• Mentor junior engineers and review code and pull requests.
• Document builds and AI agents; contribute to DevOps maintenance.
