Qualifications

• 8-10+ years selling complex technology consulting or digital transformation services.
• Experience selling into Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking, or related financial services.
• Direct experience with Salesforce's Financial Services sales organization preferred.
• Proven track record meeting annual quotas in the $4-6 million range.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder pursuits with presales, delivery, and executive teams.
• Experience in global/matrix delivery environments and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted account and territory strategies across the full sales lifecycle.
• Drive new-logo acquisition and expand existing accounts in financial services.
• Build trusted relationships with Salesforce and partner stakeholders.
• Lead pursuit strategy and align resources to active opportunities.
• Develop account strategies around Wealth/Asset Management priorities.
• Identify Banking opportunities and data/AI modernization needs.
• Secure large, multi-year engagements with profitability targets.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasts.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure execution and revenue targets.
