Job summary
FormativGroup is seeking a Salesforce Account Executive - Financial Services to accelerate bookings and acquire new clients across Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking, and related financial-services markets. The Senior AE owns the full sales lifecycle, builds executive relationships, and orchestrates cross-functional teams to shape and close complex engagements.
The role emphasizes consultative selling, Salesforce ecosystem collaboration, and industry-buying centers, with accountability
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years selling complex technology consulting or digital transformation services.
- Proven success selling to Wealth Management, Asset Management or Banking sectors.
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services sales organization preferred.
- Record of meeting annual quotas in the $4-6M range.
- Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder pursuits across teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted account strategies across full lifecycle.
- Drive new-logo acquisition and expand existing accounts in financial services.
- Lead pursuit strategy with internal and partner resources.
- Maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline with 3-4x coverage.
- Deliver accurate forecasts and account plans with stakeholders.
