Job summary

FormativGroup is hiring a Salesforce Account Executive - Financial Services to accelerate bookings, acquire new clients, and expand strategic accounts across Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking, and related markets. The role requires strong consultative selling, executive relationship building, and cross-functional leadership to shape and close multi-year engagements.

Qualifications

8-10+ years selling complex technology consulting or digital transformation services.
Experience selling into Wealth/Asset Management, Banking, or financial services.
Proven ability to meet or exceed $4-6M annual bookings quotas.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted account and territory strategies across full sales lifecycle.
Drive new-logo acquisition and expand existing accounts in financial services.
Build executive-level relationships with Salesforce stakeholders and client leadership.
Lead pursuit strategies and coordinate presales, solution engineering, and delivery resources.
Develop account plans around wealth/asset management priorities and data modernization.
Manage forecast accuracy, close plans, and risk assessments.
