Qualifications

• 8-10+ years selling complex technology consulting, platform implementation, or digital transformation services to mid-sized and enterprise clients.
• Experience selling into Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking, or related financial services organizations, with strength in Wealth/Asset Management.
• Proven success with new client acquisition and expanding strategic accounts.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas in the $4-6 million range.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted account strategies across the full sales lifecycle.
• Drive new-logo acquisition and expand existing accounts in financial services sectors.
• Build relationships with Salesforce and partner stakeholders to shape opportunities.
• Lead pursuit strategy with cross-functional teams to close complex engagements.
• Position FormativGroup as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior executives.
