Job summary

FormativGroup is seeking a Salesforce Account Executive for Financial Services to accelerate bookings, win new clients, and expand strategic accounts across Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking, and related financial markets.

The Senior Account Executive owns full sales lifecycle, builds executive relationships, and coordinates internal and partner teams to close complex engagements. Remote with travel; strong compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

8–10+ years selling complex technology consulting to enterprise clients.
Proven success selling into Wealth Management, Asset Management or Banking.
Experience with Salesforce Financial Services ecosystem preferred.
Track record of meeting or exceeding $4–6 million annual bookings.
Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder pursuits and teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted account and territory strategies across full sales lifecycle.
Drive new-logo acquisition and expand strategic accounts in financial services.
Lead pursuit strategy with cross-functional resources and partners.
Deliver accurate forecasts, pipeline progression, and close plans.
Collaborate with Salesforce and internal teams to ensure client success.
