Job summary

FormativGroup is seeking a Salesforce Account Executive - Financial Services to drive bookings and expand strategic accounts across Wealth Management, Asset Management, and Banking. You will build executive relationships, shape complex consulting engagements, and lead opportunities through the full sales lifecycle in a remote role with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

8-10+ years of success selling complex technology consulting to enterprise clients.
Demonstrated success selling into Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking, or related financial services.
Experience with Salesforce's Financial Services sales organization and BWAM segment preferred.
Ability to build executive-level relationships and lead discovery conversations.
Experience developing and executing targeted account campaigns with measurable pipeline.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted account/territory strategies across the full sales lifecycle.
Drive new-logo acquisition and expand existing accounts in wealth/asset management and banking.
Build trusted relationships with Salesforce AE/VPs, Industry SMEs, Solution Engineers, and partner teams.
Lead pursuit strategy and orchestrate resources across opportunities.
Develop account strategies around Wealth/Asset Management priorities and data-driven operating models.
Identify and pursue Banking opportunities and data/AI modernization initiatives.
Secure large multi-year engagements with annual bookings target of $4-6M; maintain profitability.
