Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years hands-on Salesforce experience including configuration, customization, and development.
• 5+ years in a Solution Architect/Technical leadership role.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including data models, security frameworks, integration architectures, and platform configurations that align with business strategy and scalability requirements.
• Lead technical delivery of Salesforce projects from requirements gathering through deployment, collaborating with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet functional and technical specifications.
• Evaluate, recommend, and govern Salesforce products, AppExchange solutions, and third-party integrations; establish and enforce platform governance policies, coding standards, and best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators; stay current with Salesforce releases, emerging features, and industry trends to drive continuous platform improvement.
