Job summary

ORNL Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage day-to-day configuration, support, and optimization of the Salesforce platform. You will serve as the primary contact for users, partner with stakeholders, and drive automation and data integrity across the organization.

The role requires 5+ years designing Salesforce solutions, expertise in Sales/Service Cloud, and familiarity with AppExchange.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years designing and implementing Salesforce platform solutions and complex flows.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other modules; familiarity with AppExchange integrations.
• Basic understanding of development tools like Apex and Lightning is preferred.
• Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configures Salesforce settings, objects, fields, workflows, processes, page layouts, and record types.
• Creates and maintains user accounts, roles, profiles, and permission sets for security and access.
• Oversees data imports, cleansing, and deduplication to maintain data quality.
• Designs and maintains reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Resolves user issues and provides ongoing Salesforce support.
• Develops and optimizes automation using Flows and Process Builder.
• Trains end-users and creates training materials; maintains system documentation.
• Keeps Salesforce knowledge up-to-date with releases and new features.
• Ensures compliance with data security policies and regulatory requirements.
