- Configure and maintain Salesforce: objects, fields, record types, layouts, validation, security, and Flow.
- Collaborate with analysts to evaluate requirements and translate into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Recommend simpler, maintainable approaches to reduce technical debt.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide day-to-day user support.
- Maintain data quality through validation, deduplication, governance.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business needs.
- Participate in testing, release, deployment, and post-release validation.
- Document changes and follow governance, security, and development standards.
