Job summary

Northbound Executive Search seeks a hands-on Senior Salesforce Developer to manage and enhance our Salesforce platform, collaborating with Finance, Sales, and Operations to build automations, reporting, and integrations. You will serve as primary admin and developer, owning security, objects, and deployments, while driving process improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in Salesforce, experience with Certinia PSA/FFA or Pardot preferred, and strong communication with non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience.
• Experience with Certinia PSA/FFA and/or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) preferred.
• Experience with data migration and ETL tools, and change management.
• Experience supporting Finance, FP&A, Sales, or other business teams and translating functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary Salesforce administrator and developer, managing users, security, custom objects, fields, configurations, and platform maintenance.
• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions using validation rules, and other automation tools.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data solutions to support Finance, Sales, Operations, and other business functions.
• Support system upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, data integrity, deployments, and integrations with other business systems.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and process improvements.
• Provide user support and training, document system configurations and best practices, and evaluate new Salesforce capabilities to improve automation and analytics.
