Job summary

Trusted Shops seeks an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to manage our Service Cloud ecosystem in a hybrid setup with Cologne or remote Berlin. Start: 01.02.2027. You will design scalable configurations, automate governance, mentor the Admin team, and ensure data quality and secure integrations.

English fluency required; Salesforce certifications are a plus. The role offers a permanent contract within Europe’s trusted brand and collaboration with cross-functional teams in Platform

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience in Service Cloud in cross-functional, complex environments.
• Degree in IT, Business Informatics or comparable field (or vocational training with relevant experience).
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to mentor peers and communicate with technical & non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus; familiarity with APEX and GitHub-based release processes.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable configurations, automations and governance standards.
• Operate and develop Salesforce ecosystem (Service Cloud) focusing on stability, performance and data quality.
• Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions from day-to-day requests to large-scale initiatives.
• Lead change management, improve documentation and train internal users.
• Support integration, GDPR, access models and participate in GitHub CI/CD setup.
• Act as senior go-to person in Admin team; review solutions and mentor colleagues.
• Collaborate with developers to align declarative and programmatic solutions for growth.
