Trusted Shops is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to design scalable configurations, govern the Salesforce platform, and maintain Service Cloud in cross-functional environments.

Based in Cologne (hybrid) or Berlin (remote), the role offers a permanent full-time contract with opportunities to mentor the Admin team, collaborate with developers, and drive GDPR data protection and CI/CD processes. If you have 5+ years of Salesforce experience and fluent English, join our trusted brand.

Qualificações

• Degree in IT, Business Informatics or comparable field, or relevant vocational training
• 5+ years of Salesforce Experience in Service Cloud in cross-functional environments
• Strong ability to mentor peers and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement scalable configurations, automations and platform governance standards
• Operate and develop Salesforce ecosystem focusing on stability, data quality
• Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions from day-to-day requests to large initiatives
• Lead change management, improve documentation and enable internal users through training
• Support integration, data protection (GDPR), access models and CI/CD with GitHub
• Review complex solutions and mentor colleagues as senior Admin
