American Hartford Gold in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to co-own the Sales Cloud, explore enhancements, and support enterprise integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other platforms. Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud experience in a business-critical environment.
• Strong user and system support experience with focus on adoption and satisfaction.
• Experience architecting and delivering new Salesforce features/capabilities.
• Solid command of declarative tools: Flow, validation rules, Lightning App Builder, reports/dashboards.
• Experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL; Lightning Web Components is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and iPaaS tools.
• Data management practices: imports/exports, deduplication, data quality.

Responsibilities

• Co-own the Salesforce platform with senior admin; deliver fast, thorough issue resolution.
• Manage users, profiles, permission sets, roles, and security; onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain core Sales Cloud config: leads, accounts, opportunities, products, layouts, fields, automation.
• Build and troubleshoot automation using Flow and Apex when needed.
• Create reports/dashboards for leadership; support analytics teams with clean data.
• Support Five9 VCC/ACM configurations and Salesforce integration.
• Maintain Celigo integrations between Salesforce and NetSuite; ensure data integrity.
