Job summary

Prosum seeks a Senior Salesforce Administrator to co-own the health and evolution of Salesforce Sales Cloud and related integrations. You will support the Five9 VCC/ACM and Celigo connectors to NetSuite, driving user-focused improvements and scalable automation.

This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles with on‑call support and ongoing enhancements across platforms. You will own security, data quality, and the delivery lifecycle for Salesforce initiatives, collaborating with a CIO-led team and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud experience and admin support.
• Experience with Flow, Apex triggers, and Salesforce configuration.
• Knowledge of integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Data management practices including imports/exports and deduplication.
• Ability to own end-to-end delivery lifecycle for Salesforce enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Co-own the Salesforce platform with a senior peer and be the go-to admin for users.
• Manage users, profiles, roles, sharing rules, and security model.
• Maintain and evolve Sales Cloud configuration, dashboards, and reports.
• Build, troubleshoot Flow, Apex, and integration with Celigo and NetSuite.
• Support Five9 VCC/ACM integration and related data flows.
• Plan releases, change control, and sandbox strategies.
• Provide training, documentation, and user guides to drive adoption.
