Airgas, an Air Liquide company, is seeking a Salesforce Enterprise Architect to own the design and governance of its Salesforce ecosystem across Sales, Commerce, Marketing, Tableau, Data Cloud, and AgentForce. This role requires leading enterprise-grade integrations, security, and performance improvements within a hybrid environment in Radnor, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technical design and solution delivery.
• 5+ years in Salesforce Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Developer roles focused on enterprise integration.
• Proven experience across at least three Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Commerce, Marketing).
• Understanding of B2B Commerce patterns for industrial distribution and large-scale integrations.

Responsabilités

• Define target architecture and governance for Salesforce products and headless commerce stack.
• Oversee security, performance, and interoperability of core Salesforce Clouds.
• Design integration strategies between Salesforce and ERP, CMS, PIM, and data warehouses.
• Establish CI/CD, coding standards, and DevOps practices; align roadmap with business strategy.
