Job summary
Wettermark Keith, a rapidly growing national personal injury firm, seeks a highly organized Senior Salesforce Administrator to optimize our Salesforce platform and serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and the tech team. This full-time role may be remote, with preferred proximity to Birmingham, AL or Nashville, TN.
The position emphasizes system health, reporting, data governance, and project coordination, blending admin expertise with PM discipline to deliver efficient, scalable
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model
- Experience with Litify or similar legal tech platforms
- Familiarity with DevOps strategies and CI/CD tools
- Experience managing projects or coordinating cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Responsibilities
- Manage daily Salesforce operations and ensure system reliability
- Create, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards
- Troubleshoot user issues and system errors, escalate when needed
- Administer users, profiles, permission sets, and groups
- Monitor data quality and implement data governance best practices
- Serve as intake point for new business requests and improvements
- Design workflows with Flow Builder and declarative tools
- Document processes and provide status updates to stakeholders
