Job summary

Assured Allies is seeking a Senior Salesforce Systems & Integration Engineer to own the Salesforce platform end‑to‑end, including Apex coding, admin tasks, integrations, and vendor management. The role collaborates with R&D in Israel and US Ops, operating in a HIPAA‑regulated environment.

You'll lead platform ownership for two Salesforce apps, manage releases, and oversee telephony integrations with Five9 and Twilio. Strong autonomy and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development and administration (Service Cloud preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce DX, packaging, sandbox strategy and CI/CD release management.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems through REST APIs and middleware.
• Working knowledge of AWS (Lambda, IAM) and Git-based workflows (GitLab preferred).
• Experience administering users, permissions and SSO in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2 or similar).
• Ability to work autonomously, own a broad system surface and debug production issues end to end.
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders; clear written requirements and release notes.
• Daily, hands-on use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot or similar).
• Hands-on administration of contact-center or messaging platforms (Five9, Twilio).
• Experience managing technology vendors: contracts, renewals, licenses, support cases and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own two Salesforce apps (AgeAssured and Wellness): Apex, LWC, Flows, Omni-Channel, case creation and email processes.
• Manage SDLC: releases to production, sandbox estate, AI tools for development, publish release notes.
• Oversee telephony and messaging integrations: Five9 and Twilio; link call recordings and SMS to member records.
• Support campaigns and engagements: automated emails, data issue analysis with AI.
• Admin, security, compliance: manage users, permissions, SSO, rotate AWS keys, HIPAA/SOC2 data deletion.
• Vendor and contracts: manage Salesforce, Five9, Twilio, OwnBackup licenses.
• Operations liaison: coordinate with US Ops, coach leads, create Jira tickets with clear requirements, automate with AI agents.
